Wilfred de Graaf

Wilfred has a talent for turning data into business value.
He worked as a Data Science consultant at MiCompany from 2017 to 2021, where he honed his expertise in data-driven strategy. He then moved to Rabobank, where he led several teams of Data Scientists and Engineers, helping to drive innovation and growth.
With a double Masters degree in both Econometrics and Law, Wilfred brings a well-rounded perspective to every project.
When he’s not working, you can find him exploring the great outdoors on a hike, jetting off to new destinations, or playing the piano.
Pascal Golec

Pascal is solution-oriented and pragmatic.
He brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. With a PhD in Econometrics, he has a deep understanding of statistical modelling and analysis.
Before he started to work at Heights, Pascal spent several years at ABN AMRO Bank, leading teams of data scientists and engineers, especially in the field of transaction labelling.
When he’s not crunching numbers and building solutions, he likes to be outdoors in nature, shoot hoops on the basketball court or play squash.

Bert Verhelst
Head of Data Science
Bert is an experienced Data Scientist and Data Engineer who led Data Science projects at several blue chip companies, such as Nederlandse Spoorwegen.
Within Heights, Bert is responsible for the quality of the AI models which are deployed and training the AI skills of the staff.
Bert studied Embedded Systems Engineering at the Technical University of Eindhoven, which equipped him for deploying AI models in production.
When Bert is not building AI models, he likes to mountainbike with friends or to do fitness.
